Outside of work, Christina loves to spend time with her family and travel to new places.
I’m fascinated by the innovative ways that startups transform their breakthrough ideas into science-based solutions. Being there at the right time to speed up time-to-market, match the team to our network of DSM experts, and finally see the product on the shelves - those are my favorite parts!
Biography
Christina joined dsm-firmenich in August 2021. Prior to this, she was Head of M&A and Group Strategy at ERBER Group, where she successfully led international acquisition and investment projects - from identifying and evaluating interesting technologies and companies to post-merger integration with a high closing rate., Christina also guided Erber AG and its business units through the annual five-year strategy process, driving strong growth and innovation ambitions by connecting internal key stakeholders across all four business areas.
At dsm-firmenich, Christina focuses on investing in companies in the areas of Animal Nutrition & Health, Human Nutrition & Care, and Food & Beverage.
Christina holds a doctoral degree in Food- and Biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Austria.
