DSM announces final terms of €300 million bond

Final Terms of the €300,000,000 1.75% Notes due 13 November 2019 adjusted to reflect investors have a put option in the event of a change of control.

Royal DSM, the global Life Science and Material Sciences company, has adjusted the Final Terms of the €300,000,000 1.75% Notes due 13 November 2019 to correctly reflect that investors have a put option in the event of a change of control.
