パーソナルケアdsm-firmenich社長のパランド・サルマシニア、パーソナルケアEMEA責任者のフランソワ・ジャンクロ、パーソナルケアNA責任者のヴィッキー・バーボイの新任が発表された。
& François brings 26 years of broad business and management experience spanning across global accounts like P&G and Unilever as well as regional and local clients and distributors, Perfumery Strategy Planning including M&As and hands-on integration with MG and Agilex associated companies. Throughout his career, François has been recognized for consistently delivering value, identifying new business opportunities, leading and executing successful strategic plans with a customer-centric mindset as well as energizing teams and growing future talents. In line with the new P&B Convergence Strategy, his ability to build bridges between organizations will be a key asset to leverage synergies between Perfumery and Personal Care. In addition, François will join the managing board of MG and continue supporting MG’s stellar growth.
