DSM社、Martek社買収に関する最終競争許可受領を発表

Royal DSM N.V.（本社：オランダ、NYSE Euronext：DSM KON、以下「DSM社」）は、既に発表しているMartek Biosciences Corporation（NASDAQ: MATK、以下「マーテック・バイオサイエンシズ社」）の普通株式に対する1株当たり31.50ドルでの公開買付け（以下「本公開買付け」）について、スペインの国家競争委員会から無条件でクリアランスを取得したことを発表しました。 これは、適用される独占禁止法および競争法の下で必要とされる最終的なクリアランスであり、本公開買付けの条件は完全に満たされたことになります。

本公開買付けは、延長されない限り、2011年2月18日（金）午後5時（ニューヨーク市時間）に終了する予定である。
